Feeling helpless in work recently.
I don't understand why my project team is not communicating to each others and the information is not passing trough. Everyone is keeping their onw idea and only they knows......
How to work like that?
Sigh~ Finally I have to spend overnight to collect and arrange all the info for the project so that I can answer for tomorrow meeting........
I don't know how long will I be patient and survive in this company......
