However, I am still consider to sell my holding in SIA when the price is right.

REITs continue to beaten down by the high interest environment, some some of them are offering more than 6% dividend yield based on the current price. I will continue to DCA for MIT and MLT and continue to grow my war chest, just in case the market will crash by next year as many "experts" are saying.

I am also eyeing to average down Genting Sing and ST Engineering. Most probably will buy some STE when the counter XD next month.
Daniel Yiphttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15793760948138183550noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10523132.post-69635586254793022762022-11-29T10:29:00.004+08:002022-11-29T10:29:45.954+08:00The Power of Regret

And move on

就像駕車一樣,我們偶爾會向後看,但我們正真的目標就是要前往我們的目的地
Daniel Yiphttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15793760948138183550noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10523132.post-67861189456007182252022-10-30T11:36:00.000+08:002022-10-30T11:36:02.406+08:00SGX Portfolio Updates Oct-2022
Acquisitions:

- SGX

Dividend / Profit Taking / Cut Loss:

- Received dividends from SGX

Current Portfolio Capital Gain / Loss:

- Red @ -18%

Watch list:

- SG local banks, Wilmar, SGX, NetLink, MLT, FLCT

Market continue to decline and the short term outlook doesn't look good. The condition of the car is also quite new and to my surprise the head unit is supporting Apple Airplay, which I am not aware until I started using the car. The only down side of the car is I discovered some obvious scratches, which I miss-out during the car viewing. I am planning to send the car for polishing and hope that it can get rid of the scratches.

I am also getting an unexpected funds from surrendering my insurances in Malaysia. These funds are just in time to restore my emergency fund which had been depleted for the car down payment. I am also planning to temporary stop injecting capital to the market for the next 3-6 months to build back my emergency fund, unless there is a very attempting offer by Mr. Market.
Daniel Yiphttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15793760948138183550noreply@blogger.com0
