I expect no buy sell until 2026.
If there is no major surprise, I am already hitting the 4 targets I set during beginning of the year:
1. Increase my portfolio size to $90k - current $103k
2. Increase dividend to $4.2k - Current $5k
3. Turn the portfolio to green position - Current green @ 2%
4. Overall 24% gain - Current 24%
A good year for STI and myself.
