Watch list:
- SG local banks, MIT, MLT
Continue to build up passive income by added more MIT into the portfolio.
Total dividend received to-date is $2,800, expected to exceed $3k dividend by year end, which is above my target.
However my overall portfolio is not performing this month, drop 2% compared to last month. Hopefully the market will recover by 4Q.
