That Wee Ka Siong is a top postman.Everyday you can see him on the Chinese daily.He carries cheque from one school to another school. Big issue he can not solve.I still don"t kown whether the Chinese schools the Malay teachers for std 1 and 2 have to know Chinese or not? According to the other Deputy Education not need to know!
