UMS - Improved but still in red position, received dividend this month
CapitaLand - Now 3.6x, green position
Genting Singapore - Recovering, but still in red position
Frasers L&T - Newly invested this month, enter to logistic REIT again after selling EC World
Current portfolio at +2%. ST Index performing good, staying around 3,300 level, no good bargain currently so the plan is watch and wait.
