NikkoAM-STC Asia REIT - Recover back to 1.09 level, almost on par with purchase price
SIA - Ex-right price at 3.8x, subscribed to rights and waiting for shares issuance
OCBC - Drop back to 8.xx, waiting for dividend payout
CapitaLand - Drop to 2.8x, waiting for dividend date
Genting Singapore - Now 0.78, waiting for dividend payout
Frasers L&T - Recovery to 1.1x, waiting for distribution payout
DBS Bank - 19.xx level, received dividend this month
ComfortDelGro - Drop further to 1.4x, waiting for dividend payout
Watchlist - same as last month, will add any counter with good price within the current portfolio, if have extra cash in hand
The only action taken this month is subscribed to SIA rights. Currently portfolio sitting at red -20%. My house renovation work is still suspended, with hope to resume by 1st week of June 2020. Will still playing defensive for June and perhaps July 2020, until the dust settled down.
