-Bought Wilmar and Sembcorp Ind. as price dip
- Bought OCBC by proceed from selling of Netlink
Dividend / Profit Taking / Cut Loss:
- Received dividend CDL, Nanofilm, MINT, MLT, MPACT and Venture
- Sold Netlink at 52 weeks high, making a small gain
Current Portfolio Capital Gain / Loss:
- Red @ -3%
Watch list:
- OCBC, Sembcorp Ind., MPACT, CDG
Received dividends from the rest of the counter, total dividend till date is $4,690.
Sold Netlink at 52 week high, finally manage to offload this counter with a small gain.
I have then rotated the fund to OCBC.
The total portfolio is $97k now, most likely will exceed $100k by end of the year.
Looking forward to the SREITs 4Q results and finally dividend from the Mapletree trio.
