Acquisitions:

- Rotate part of UOB to DBS for the Q4 dividend

- Received dividends from Wilmar, Sembcorp, CDL, MINT, Nanofilm, MLT and MPACT
Current Portfolio Capital Gain / Loss:
- Positive @ 22%

Total dividends received $5.3k, realized profit from UOB $5.4k, I am rotating the gain back to DBS.
Started an itchy hand account with Moo Moo, just to test the luck and skill in trading. Target is to make 10% by the end of 2027.
Other than that not much update, will wait for Q4 dividends from the REITs and DBS, and can close the chapter for 2026.
