$ Union Gas - Rose to 0.28, tried to sell when it reached 0.32 at some point this month but to no success. Keep for now and waiting for dividend
Hyflux - To recognise full loss by end of this year
NikkoAM-STC Asia REIT - Maintained at 1.10 level, another round of distribution coming
SIA - Currently at 3.70 level, will take years to recover
OCBC - Up to 9.00 level, received dividend this month
CapitaLand - At 2.9x level, finally announce dividend @ 0.12
Genting Singapore - Now 0.76, received dividend this month
Frasers L&T - Recovery to 1.19, received distribution payout this month
DBS Bank - 20.xx level, waiting to turn green
ComfortDelGro - Maintained at 1.4x, received dividend this month, consider adding if got extra cash lying around
Singtel - Finally bought back Singtel @ 2.53 by reinvesting the dividend I received from other counters this month. However it drop to 2.45 level after adding, bad luck. Hope Singtel will get the digital banking liscense and fly after that.
Watchlist - SGX, again, if got extra cash.
The only action taken this month is buying Singtel using the dividend received. Currently portfolio sitting at red -17%.
My house renovation work has resumed and in good progress. Hopefully can move in by end of next month. Until then I still need to keep my warchest full for the up coming house shifting event, still got lots of stuffs to buy!
